A new blog

Last time I blogged I sought to be profound. I thought I might want to be a writer and my blog was a chance for me write for an audience, however small. I read a lot of Thick Nhat Hahn and Khalil Gibran at the time, and attempted to emulate some of their style in my writing. In retrospect, that might have been a bad idea. I also was fresh out of college and in love with the idea of having long hair, an active mind, and limitless opportunity.

That blog, all illusions regarding my profundity, and much of my hope for living a truly unique and meaningful life have since faded, but I still enjoy writing--so again, I write. Enjoy.
